Challenge yourself this month! Sign up for the Y-Iron Man 100K Point Challenge.

Earn 100K ActivTrax points while being challenged with both strength and cardio. You'll receive 1 point for every 5 pounds lifted and 5 points for every ActivTrax Workout completed. Earn 50 points for every mile walked, ran or biked. Go for it! You can do it! But pace yourself. There is a daily max of 6,250 points. Begin your challenge today! Three and half weeks of school left! What will your school age child do this summer? Bring them down to the Y. YMCA Day Camp offers a variety of activities every day for kids age 5-12.
Swimming, singing, games, arts & crafts, field trips and MORE! Don't miss out. The first day of Camp is June 3. Space is filling quickly.

Check out the Gym Schedule for a variety of sport activities throughout the week. We now have dedicated times for Women's Basketball, Pickleball, Volleyball, and Family Basketball.
Check out the Group Exercise Schedule to see what else is out there. Variety in your exercise routine will take you to the next level of wellness. Try Power Yoga on Thursday nights for a great workout focusing on strength building. Beginners welcome!
