EXCITING NEWS for 2016! NEW YEAR, NEW LOOK

We have all kinds of new things to tell you about!

We have taken your feedback from our monthly and year end surveys and are striving to make your golf experience with us better in 2016! This includes a new online booking system and a new point of sale system in both the golf shops and clubhouses as well as a new look to our website and newsletter and a BRAND NEW LOYALTY PROGRAM!

New in 2016:

Online Booking System - Faster, easier access to tee times, more options

Point of Sale - High speed transaction processing to get you on the tee!

Website Updates - Better information layout so you can find what you need

Newsletter Updates - We heard you...we are enhancing our newsletter with a new look and feel that will continue to be informative and useful

Loyalty Program - Yes this is a common request from many of you and we have taken all winter to come up with a program that we think you will like. Watch for details in our next newsletter January 21st.

We are working to make 2016 the best year yet!

IMPORTANT: CHANGE IN TEE TIME BOOKINGS JANUARY 15th to 19th

Due to the change to our new software and online booking system you will only be able to book tee times
by phone or on the App from January 15th to January 19th.

Booking will be done at 8am 4 days in advance. For example - On January 16th you will be calling at 8am to book tee times for January 20th. If you wish to play on the current day (January 15th to 19th) please call the golf shop, book through the app, or just drop in. App bookings will continue as usual however times will not be available past Jan. 19th for booking. On Jan. 20th the app bookings will be available in conjunction with the new desktop system.

As of January 20th you will be able to visit vancouverparksgolf.ca to

create your new user profile

and book tee times using our new booking system.

Existing customers will be required to create a new account. Old accounts and
links or bookmarks to booking pages will be disabled. Please update your bookmarks once you have created your new user profile.

The VanGolf app features will continue to function as usual and you will not be required to download anything new. You can create your new user profile through the desktop system or through the mobile app when you book your next tee time as of Jan. 20th.
