VIPs Join PRI For Annual Lunch At Knoxville Nationals  

Dozens of race industry professionals came together at the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame & Museum in August for PRI's annual Manufacturers Luncheon at the Knoxville Nationals in Knoxville, Iowa. The event drew a top-notch crowd of local motorsports professionals and those in town for the Nationals.  

PRI Makes Stops At Currie Enterprises, Hedman Hedders 
Continuing the PRI tradition of meeting face to face with our industry partners, members of PRI's Editorial and Sales & Marketing departments paid visits last month to the race shop and manufacturing facilities of Currie Enterprises (pictured) in Corona, California, as well as the Whittier, California, headquarters of Hedman Hedders.  
WoO Legend Sammy Swindell Retires From Full-Time Racing 
Three-time World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series champion Sammy Swindell has decided to retire from professional racing. Swindell, who has driven for Big Game Motorsports the past four years of his 40-plus year career, isn't planning to race again outside of the Chili Bowl Nationals.
Driver Makes History With Sprint Car Win In S. Dakota 
Sprint car driver Isaac Schreurs led all 25 laps of a recent American Sprint Car Series (ASCS) Midwest Region event, and in doing so he accomplished something many thought impossible. Schreurs, who lost the use of his legs at the age of 14, scored his first sprint car victory to become the first paraplegic to win a major sprint car race.
