Habitat for Humanity Quad Cities, a Christian housing organization dedicated to eliminating poverty housing in the Quad Cities, is seeking a Construction Director to lead and oversee our home building efforts. Duties will include scheduling, planning, procurement, working with subcontractors, site selection, site management and management of zoning, permits and design. Must work effectively as a team member with staff, sponsors and volunteers. Budget development and oversight experience/skills are necessary. Must also have experience in residential construction management. This is a full time, salaried position, Tuesday through Saturday and occasional evenings. Application deadline is September 15, 2014.
