Flow Cytometry Core
The FC Core recently purchased a Fortessa Flow Analyzer that can produce 14 colors simultaneously using three lasers. In addition to this new equipment, all of the software of the Becton Dickenson instruments will be upgraded. Overall, this will expand the FC Core capacities and will significantly reduce backlogs.
The FC Core plans to add two additional lasers to the Fortessa next year to bring it to an 18-color instrument.
