Show Hosts Needed
Students who would like to have a radio show on Your Student Radio, The Wire, please contact Lynn Franklin, Faculty Advisor for The Wire, now! Students will be required to submit an audition recording to the station staff for selection. Only a few students will be selected for open shifts on The Wire. Contact Lynn Franklin via wire@ou.edu.
Webmaster Needed
The Wire, Your Student Radio, is looking for a new webmaster to maintain & update wire.ou.edu. Applicants need to understand & demonstrate web design as well as streaming audio options.  San Francisco Agency Trip
|

The OU Ad Club is sponsoring an advertising agency visit to San Francisco March 5th through 9th. This could possibly include a side trip to Portland, OR to visit Nike and their advertising agency, Wieden + Kennedy (negotiations are underway). The group will visit five agencies in San Francisco. This is an excellent opportunity to network in San Francisco and open up another employment area for students upon graduation. OU Ad Club members have priority, but the trip is open to all Gaylord students.

 Study Abroad Photos Needed!

Study Abroad students we need your photos! If you traveled with the International Ads or Travel Writing classes over the Winter break we want to see your pictures! We may use them for displays in the hall, to promote next year's trip or in our annual alumni magazine, Pulse. Be sure you have your name on any disks so we can give you credit.
Please put them on a dropbox, flashdrive or good old fashion CD/DVD and bring them to Celia Perkins in the dean's office on the third floor. Send dropbox or other file transfer invites to cperkins@ou.edu.

- Sower, a student-produced magazine for incoming freshmen on the Norman campus
- HSC Sower, a magazine for new students at OU's HSC campus.
They will be produced on an accelerated schedule this year with final deadlines in May. Qualified students will have worked in OU Student Media previously or have other significant media experience. Learn More »

The Gaylord Ambassadors program is the premiere student leadership organization of Gaylord College. The Ambassadors represent the student face of Gaylord College and are engaged in a variety of outreach activities with prospective students. They also have the opportunity to network with nationally-known scholars and journalists that visit Gaylord Hall. The Ambassadors assist the College during special functions, help develop new college programs and provide the student voice in communication with the administration, faculty, staff, alumni and donors.
