Spring Scholarship Opportunity for Working Students
| |
Deadline: Friday, Dec. 6 by 5 p.m.
The Work Assistance Tuition Waiver is a wonderful scholarship opportunity made available to students who are working, on average, at least 25+ hours a week. This tuition waiver is to help undergraduate students work less so that they can increase the time spent on studying.
Eligible students can apply by filling out the short online application, found in the Scholarship Information box, under the Money Tab in oZONE. The application calls for scanned copies of the applicants pay stubs that show their hours worked for the fall. To receive the scholarship in the spring, applicants must be enrolled in at least 15 hours at OU (although they don't need to continue to work 25+ hours a week in the spring if they receive the scholarship).
If students have questions about the scholarship they can call or email Alison Baker, abaker@ou.edu or 405-325-4864, in the Scholarships Office.
