New Artist ~ Henry Levine
   albany, ohio
WATCH Henry Levine~ NEW glass artistHenry Levine has designed & created glass vessels in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains since 1999. Inspired by ancient Roman glass, he strives to make blown glass work that is both beautiful & useful. He uses a rich medley of colors that glow with translucency & create a sense of depth.  He tries to articulate motion frozen in time~ from the turning of glass, the spinning of Earth, the orbiting solar system, to the twisting galaxy in an ever expanding universe...Henry Levine brings you the magic of glass.

Elaine Thomas
Elaine Thomas - unveiling a new artist to indigenous for the American Craft Celebration and first exhibit in Cincinnati! Finding inspiration from childhood memories of rummaging through trunks in her grandma's attic and shopping at antique stores, Elaine Thomas creates one-of-a-kind, whimsical figures. Her unique artwork incorporates a variety of papier-mâché techniques and other mixed-media approaches to achieve each curious, folk-art style character. Elaine's menagerie overflows with smiling cats, crazy clowns, wacky witches, terrifying tricksters and other holiday favorites such as grinning gingerbread men, pretty pixies, jolly ol' st. nick, (just to name a few). Enjoy watching her masterfully sculpt her fun figures while perusing her gang of goodies.
