Apple Salad Serves 4
4 local apples, cut into ˝ inch pieces ˝ cup raisins ˝ cup celery, cut into small pieces ˝ cup walnuts, chopped 1/3 cup mayonnaise 2 Tablespoons brown sugar 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar ˝ lime, juiced ˝ teaspoon salt Pinch of white pepper
1 - In a large bowl, mix apples, raisins, celery, and walnuts. Sprinkle with lime juice. 2 - Add mayonnaise, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Enjoy!
