E-HISTORY FACT |
Martin's Dam Club
Martin's Dam Club was a recreational spot even before its organization in 1924. George R. Park, a long time resident, purchased the old Martin homestead for his family in 1906. Mr. Park established an informal club at the location built on the site of Henry Zook's dam. Many came to enjoy swimming in the cool spring-fed waters of the dam.
