Maya Angelou, born Marguerite Johnson, was an American author, poet, dancer, actress, and singer. She published seven autobiographies, three books of essays, and several books of poetry, and was credited with a list of plays. She was born on April 4, 1928 and died on May 28, 2014.

Rambler Rides On
The Rambler service has new stops: Heuser Park, Valley Forge Casino Resort, and Target. Wal-Mart and Wegmans are now permanent stops. Two buses travel a fixed route through the township from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. New schedule click

The Safety and Codes Enforcement plumbing inspector has a new Chevy Sierra pick-up truck that uses compressed natural gas. A few months ago, Codes Enforcement entered the alternative fueled vehicle arena by purchasing a Chevy Volt, an electric vehicle.
