The number is in. President Obama is once again recommending $410 million for the Peace Corps.
"While today's request is disappointing" said National Peace Corps Association President Glenn Blumhorst, "we are reminded that as recently as Fiscal Year 2010 and on more than a dozen other occasions since 1961, Congress appropriated a Peace Corps budget higher than the President's request...It's now up to the Peace Corps community to act!"
Contact us today if you can organize a meeting with your lawmaker at their local district office.

Look for our Crowdrise launch next Monday (including some fun perks for participants) to help sustain and expand our advocacy mobilizations!
