Global Issue of the Month
With the Iran nuclear deal up for consideration before the U.S. Congress, we turn to NPCA affiliate group - the Peace Corps Iran Association - for our global advocacy issue of the month.

PCIA's Board of Directors recently adopted a resolution urging support for the proposed agreement.  They urge all Americans (and all members of the Peace Corps community) to "...read the full language of the Plan of Action and discuss the facts.", and to make your views known to your congressional representatives.

Featured Advocate: Charles Shelan - Olympia, WA
One of our very first district office advocacy meetings this summer occurred in the Olympia, Washington office of Congressman Denny Heck.

Virginia Health Justice Forum

The first ever Health Justice Awareness Day has officially passed, but one more event is planned in Arlington Virginia.

A June 11th forum is planned for 7:00 PM at the Arlington Central Library, located at 1015 North Quincy Street, near the Ballston Metro station.

Join a constructive discussion on what we all can do to help support those who incurred injury or illness during their Peace Corps service and need continuing support.

Mobilization Tour!

We need your support for our fall mobilization tour.  We need to build our network of NPCA advocates in South Carolina and several other southern states (GA, AL, MS) where key lawmakers will determine the future of Peace Corps funding and other legislation!

$500 in donations will ensure four critical mobilization events in South Carolina.  Every $150 after that will get us to another city...another state.

Make Sure This Trip Happens.
