6 Reasons You Won't Want to Miss Peace Corps Connect - Berkeley!
Last year Michael Buckler attended his first Peace Corps Connect conference -- and now he's a fan!

"...When I stepped into a car last year, embarking on a 22-hour road trip with strangers for Peace Corps Connect in Nashville, it just felt right. I would go anywhere to find Returned Peace Corps Volunteers (RPCVs). This year's Peace Corps Connect is June 5-6 in Berkeley, California, one of the most accessible and Peace Corps-friendly cities in America. Did I mention great weather?"
NPCA + Water Charity = Impact
Water Charity
Through the National Peace Corps Association's new partnership with the nonprofit Water Charity, the Returned Peace Corps Volunteer (RPCV) community has the opportunity to bring clean water to millions around the globe.

Since 2008, Water Charity has provided technical and financial assistance to over 1,600 Peace Corps Volunteers and RPCVs in 64 countries. This collaboration will increase resources for serving PCVs and new opportunities RPCVs to return to the field to implement projects for short terms of service.

Returned Peace Corps Volunteers Bring Cultural Competency to New Collaboration
CALL

Returned Peace Corps Volunteers come home "culturally competent."  Private sector companies need their employees who can navigate new cultures and international workplaces.

And NGOs in developing countries need technical expertise and advice in areas such as marketing, technology, strategic and financial planning, supply chains, and information technology.

Add it all together and what do you get? CALL: the newly created Cultural Agility Leadership Lab, where RPCVs serve as "cultural coaches" to corporate volunteers...
