Weekend Retreat

Here we are ladies...just a little over two months until our 12th retreat! I wanted to touch base with all of you about the dates, deposits, and make sure I have everyone signed up that wanted to come.

We have a large group signed up so far this retreat! Currently this retreat is full IF everyone comes that has signed up. Although we always seem to lose a group or two after this email, so you will want to make sure your deposits and retreat fees are paid by their due dates as I'm sure we will have a waiting list this time. September 1, I will be emailing the invitation out to all of my customers, so you will want to make sure you have called with your card number or sent your deposit checks in.

If one of these names is with your group, you can either forward them this email so they know we have them signed up, OR forward this email to them and ask them to follow these directions to re-subscribe to our emails. If they only want to get retreat emails, that's fine, they don't have to get store emails if they don't want to. They should be able just to re-subscribe and change their subscriptions to JUST retreats by following this link.

$25 Deposits are due 9/1 and final payments are due 10/15 for this retreat. This is the first time I have had to increase my retreat prices since I've started holding them, but with new room rates and new meal prices, I couldn't keep the prices the same any more. The new retreat prices are $140 for a dorm, $175 for a private room reservation per person for 3-6 occupants.

At this time I am unable to book only 2 people per private room unless it is the handicap accessible room, which has one Queen bed. Our retreats are getting fuller and more people like the private rooms. I do my best to accommodate everyone's rooming wishes, however I am limited to the room types that Inspiration Hills has.

One more note....

With the store being closed, we are all going to have to think a little bit ahead when it comes to packing for the retreat. I am placing special orders/pre-orders starting September for products, especially adhesives, albums, etc. If you know you'll want adhesive refills, albums or pages, etc please let me know ASAP so I can get them ordered and delivered to you at the retreat.

I plan on having cardstock by the sheet available at the retreat like I always have. I also plan on having a small area of retail items for sale. I anticipate having collection paper packs, alphabet stickers, adhesives for sure. I may also have some per-designed page kits if there is an interest in them.
