Hilton Garden Inn - Texarkana TX

Creative Surfaces designed, built, and installed this project which included a Hotel Registration Desk with antique silver glass panels on the front.  Interlam panels were used on the back wall with a wood shadow box style frame around them.  

Throughout the project we used birch wood and granite countertops - this includes the registration desk and cabinets, the lobby bar and hotel breakfast buffet area. The 35ft. bar countertop is made of 2in. thick Jockimo glass with stainless steel drink rail and toe kick. The back cabinets have frosted glass door panels and a granite countertop.

You will see birch wood for the cabinetry in the hotel library area and meeting rooms, the column wraps in the lobby, convention center entrance doors, the convention center mobile display, the bride's room, the lobby pantry/market area. The restrooms have granite countertops and apron boxes throughout, and the breakfast buffet seating area has Modular Art behind the booths.

 

 

Housewives of Orange County open CUT Fitness...

When Eddie Judge and Tamra Barney with Housewives of Orange County contacted Creative Surfaces to help with their new fitness center, we were excited to be a part of their new venture....CUT "Cardio Unique Training" Fitness.  They had an idea of what they wanted their new fitness center to look like - so together with their ideas and our design team we developed some conceptual designs. What you see is an effort of customer and Creative Surfaces working together to create a beautiful and unique fitness center.

 

The reception desk, cabinets, soffits, towel drop, stages and signage were all designed and built by our team at Creative Surfaces. We used Wilsonart "Astro Strandz" plastic laminate for the cabinets with Cambria "Templeton" for the countertop surfaces. The front of the desk has Crystallized Evonik panels  separated by 1in. aluminum strips and 1in. standoffs with multi-color changing LEDs. Behind the desk are retail displays with clear tempered glass shelving and puck lighting. And, another wall in the reception area utilizes Modular Art wall cladding. The stages in the Spin Studio and Main Studio were built by Creative Surfaces, as well as the soffit above the Spin Stage using plywood sheathing - sanded, prepped, and painted silver with matt finish.

 

The reception desk soffit was built on-site to accommodate the logo signage. The sign is a backlit sign with translucent print adhered to clear Lexan face. The studio sign has black plexi letters with brushed aluminum faces. The circular logo is a 3/4 in. PVC backer painted gloss white, and the ARCs are 1/2 in. PVC painted a gradient silver and red then flush mounted to the backer with pins.

 

 

New Dentist on South Side of Sioux Falls!

The southside of Sioux Falls has a new pediatric dental office, ABC Pediatric Dentistry, and our team of talented craftsmen produced a beautiful product. This dental office has many storage cabinets throughout the office - from the front desk to the staff lounge, we did all the casework and the wainscotting.

 

On the reception desk and walls throughout the reception area you will see wainscotting using Poplar wood species.  We used Sherwin Williams paint colors "Dovetail" and "Sealskin" on the trim. The countertop on the desk is Cambria quartz "Charston." In the waiting area, control room, business office, finance office there are many cabinets that we built using white maple raised panel doors and drawers that we stained to match Formica "Pencilwood" plastic laminate that was used for cabinets in other areas. All the countertops in these rooms have Nevamar "Black Lodestone" plastic laminate countertops. All desks have grommet holes drilled to accommodate electronics.

 

The cabinets that line the hallway outside the exam rooms, the x-ray rooms & lab, brush vanity, and staff lounge all have cabinets made with Formica "Pencilwood" plastic laminate with white melamine interiors. We used Wilsonart and Pionite plastic laminate for the countertop surfaces in these areas. The lockers in the staff lounge are built with a locking system.

The exterior building sign is non-lit signage; however was installed using 1in. PEM studs should the customer decide to backlight the sign in the future. A-B-C are individual 20in. x20in. cans painted black, the faces are translucent 3M exterior vinyl print adhered to clear Lexan. "Pediatric Dentistry" and the starbursts are painted steel. The complete sign is mounted to the existing facade.
