Help name Folsom's newest park
City park officials are seeking name recommendations for a 12-acre park to be built at the intersection of Blue Ravine Road and Parkway Drive. As required by City policy, the park must be named in honor of an individual or family that has made a significant contribution to the Folsom community.

Drought news:
Saving water & maintaining landscapes
Folsom residents currently use an average of 224 gallons of water per day, down from 295 gallons in 2013.  Water conservation experts suggest that following some simple conservation tips could result in additional water savings, while still helping landscapes survive the drought.

Library extends evening hours
Beginning Sept. 10, the Folsom Public Library will be open on Wednesday nights until 8 p.m. for the convenience of all residents.  The library is open Tuesday through Sunday.  See hours and program information here.
