City Manager Evert Palmer will present his proposed Fiscal Year 2014-15 $68.2 million Operating/General Fund Budget; $25.9 million Capital Improvement Project Budget; $32.7 million Enterprise Fund (water/sewer/solid waste) Budget; and $10.3 million Folsom Plan Area Infrastructure Budget (water and sewer) during the April 8 City Council meeting.  The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall, 50 Natoma St.  A public hearing on the proposed budget will be held during the April 22 City Council meeting.
