Residential construction surges 
HomeConstructionLocal single-family home construction activity is busier than it's been in years with new homes going up at a faster pace. "We've seen a big increase in the number of permits submitted and construction crews are working at several sites around Folsom,"  says Steve Krahn, Principal Civil Engineer, Community Development Department.
