Managing during a crisis is difficult at anytime, but made more difficult during extended periods of uncertainty.  Today we are seeing skyrocketing levels of anxiety and depression--even among those employed.

Dr. Robert Brown, author of Economic Stress: Harsh Truths and Keys to Empowerment, will discuss coping and action strategies for: 
  • managing job uncertainty and layoffs
  • communicating with bill collectors and other negative sources of pressure (being proactive vs reactive)
  • learning to stay positive and action focused  

Following a short presentation, webinar participants can ask questions of the guest.
