 Rich Wilkinson, Director, Watkins Meegan Government Contracting and High Technology Practice, discusses the potential impact of the budget talks on government contractors. Rich has over thirty years in contract management starting with the Department of the Navy and then in controllerships with large corporate organizations such as Mantech and CSC.
