The Partnership is a non-profit and non-partisan organization dedicated to improving the federal workplace and inspiring talent to seek careers with the government. John has the responsibility for reviewing all policies and regulations impacting the workplace and recommending programs that enhance the hiring and retention of federal employees.

Prior to joining the Partnership in December 2001, John was a career member of the federal senior executive service and Director of Policy and Evaluation for the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), the culmination of a federal career spanning almost 34 years devoted to federal human resources management and public policy issues
.
Joining the conversation will  be Scott Cameron, previous guest, former member senior executive service with the Department of Interior responsible for Human Capital Strategies and currently Sr. VP, R3, a government contracting firm.
