Prior to joining R3 Consulting, www.r3consulting.com, as Senior Vice President of R3 Government Solutions responsible for leading the human capital management consulting practice , he served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Department of Interior and Chief Human Capital Officer, among other senior responsibilities.
Scott is an elected Fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration, and writes a bi-monthly column on government human capital management issues for HR News, the publication of the International Public Management Association for Human Resources and is Strategic Advisor to Government Executives (SAGE) through the Partnership for Public Service.
