The Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) has helped create innovative tools like Hero2Hired (H2H) to help employers and job seekers identify and interview for job opportunities that match their skills and interests making it easy for managers, supervisors and HR to quickly screen civilian jobs againstmilitary skills and training via the Hero 2 Hired (H2H) program.
We will also discuss USERRA, the laws that guide the hiring of Guard and
Reserve returning from active duty.
