In the beginning the earth was formless and empty. Darkness lay over the surface of the deep. God said, Let there be light, and incredibly...there was. (Genesis 1-3)
You spoke and made the sunrise, to light up the very first day
You breathed across the water, and started the very first wave...It was You

And they started singing, the first song to ever be heard...They sang for You
Mankind did not glorify God or give Him thanks. Thinking became futile, hearts became dark. The glory of the immortal God was exchanged for worthless images, the truth of God for a lie. (Romans 1:21-32)
But then the world was broken, fallen and battered and scarred
You took the hopeless, the life, wasted, ruined and marred...And made it new

You make all things new...You make all things new
You redeem and You transform...You renew and You restore
Everyone who believes in Christ is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come! (2 Corinthians 5:17)
You make all things new...You make all things new
And forever we will watch and worship You
Christ gave His life so everyone who believes in Him will have eternal life. (Matthew 20:28, John 3:15)
You turn winter into spring...You take every living thing
And You breathe Your breath of life into it over and over again
Through Christ all things were made; without Him nothing was made that has been made. In Him is life, and that life is the light of men. (John 1:3-4)
You made the sunrise, day after day after day
But there's a morning coming, when old things will all pass away
There will be a new heaven and earth, for the first will have passed away. And a new Jerusalem will come down out of heaven from God. (Revelation 21:1-2)
And everyone will see...Now and forever
You're making all things new...Hallelujah **
Nothing more need be said. Happy Easter. He's alive!
I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never

(Revelation 21:5)
