Monica Pope, chef and owner of Sparrow, and Jerry Davis, founder of Making It Better and part owner of the nationally acclaimed breakfast klub, share some bubbly and birthday celebration as they kick off the 2 week countdown to their spring fundraising event. Restaurant neighbors for many, many years, Monica and Jerry are friends and long-time supporters of one-another and want to celebrate their hard won work together on April 28th! 

 Monica thinks that "a positive presence, like that of Making It Better, in a child's life, no matter how large or how small, can largely impact his or her future choices and the paths they choose to follow. If we as a society don't invest our time, money and resources into the lives of underserved children in our communities, the responsibility will come back to bite us ten-fold in the future. For this reason, I have chosen to join forces with Jerry and his non-profit Making It Better for a fun fundraising event where the money raised will directly impact the lives of these kids!
