Topics Covered/Our Program
During the camps, Pam Baumann and our peer mentors will be covering trending topics that include building self-esteem, managing conflict, and coping with and responding to peer pressure.
We are very much emphasizing the importance of fostering creative energy to deliver important information that we bring into schools and around the community. It is through our unique Awareness Through the Arts program that we are able to make these topics engaging, educating, and empowering to the student audience that we are reaching. This will also allow each student to build greater confidence in their artistic abilities, while delivering an important message on each of the topics aforementioned.

About the Facilitator
MASK (Mothers Awareness on School-age Kids) E3 Summer Camps will be facilitated by our very own Co-Founder and Director of Community Education, Pamela Baumann.

Mrs. Pamela Baumann has been a child advocate, mentor, educator MASK and consultant for a number of years throughout Arizona communities and in various schools. First and foremost, however, she is a mother; a mother who knows very well that good communication and good experiences empower youth to make healthy decisions and promote leadership. She has completed the Olweus Bullying Prevention Program, and has been certified on Bullying and Cyberbullying by the National Institute for Trauma and Loss of Children. In addition, Mrs. Baumann has attended training with Partnership for a Drug-Free America and has received cyber-safety training with the Arizona Attorney General's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. In addition to Mrs. Baumann facilitating the camps, she will also be assisted by peer mentors from middle and high school grade levels.
