Dear Unity Award Nominees:

As we are in final preparations here at MASK (Mothers Awareness on School-age Kids) for the 2014 Unity Award Luncheon, we are seeking a maximum of 3 personal photographs for inclusion within our slideshow that will play during lunch. These photographs may be with your family, of the work you do with your business/nonprofit or within your community, or a combination of both.
