About MASK

MASK (Mothers Awareness on School-age Kids) is a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) organization created in 2007 by a group of dedicated mothers who recognized the need to consistently educate parents and children on rapidly changing issues. MASK's mission is to educate parents and children about the issues facing our youth and to empower children to make safe, healthy choices.

SCHEDULED FOR OCTOBER 5th

SCOTTSDALE, AZ - MASK (Mothers Awareness on School-age Kids) is pleased to announce its 5th annual MASKer Aide Gala fundraiser has been scheduled for Saturday, October 5, 2013 at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Resort.

Each year, MASK presents awards to organizations and individuals who have supported the MASK vision.

"Our 2013 award recipients are so deserving," said MASK Founder Kimberly Cabral. "Without their support, and the support of many others, MASK could not continue to engage, educate, and empower through our magazine, and our awareness and outreach programs."

The 2013 MASK awards are as follows:

"Dad Dialed In" Award will be presented to Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton;

"Engagement" award - Tina Greggo, Greggo Photography;

"Educational" Award - Rancho Solano Preparatory Academy; and

"Empowerment" Award - will be announced at the Gala

Community is the foundation of the MASK mission. Bringing like-minded organizations and individuals together will allow MASK and empower more families in the process.
