Tips.
Drug: With marijuana possession and use now legal in Washington and Colorado (for adults over 21), parents should inform their children that "legal" does not always mean "acceptable" or "good." Safety: Between getting to and from school and extracurricular activities, kids are increasingly vulnerable to predators. Refresh your child on "stranger danger" tips, such as what to do if a stranger in a vehicle approaches them, instructing them to run in the opposite direction the car is facing.
