We hope everyone had a safe and happy Independence Day! Most of us in the Ohio office had our activities rained out. While the holiday brought business to a slower pace, we know it's now time for our clients to gear up for the next school year and we are preparing for the busy time.
Please let us know if you have questions or would like to see certain features included in the AB Snapshot.
Sincerely,
Academic Benchmarks

Helpful Hint!
Our Support Team often receives questions regarding documents that can be resolved by simply re-requesting the document and downloading the latest version of the standards.
Our data team is constantly reviewing and making improvements to our standards collection. You can likely resolve a delivery issue on your own by requesting an updated file of the standards from your 'Delivered' tab and then downloading it from your FTP site.
See our KnowledgeBase article on Managing your standards license for more information and instructions.
