This month's Energy Forecast comes from San Francisco, which is a first, as are so many things this month for all of us. This time is definitely full of new energy and I hope the forecast can help you access and navigate that.

The intensity of feeling, which I mention in the forecast, is definitely a call to all of us to find our most comfortable and functional place in life. Our place within our own personal way of feeling and sensing the world. I have come to notice over the years that many of you who tune into my work are either highly sensitive or energetically aware people, seeking to understand and open yourselves and your relationship to the world. This makes sense as this has been my life journey too, and I think for those of us who are slanted more that way, we definitely cannot help but be encouraged and sometimes forced to find our center point in faster times like these.

On a simple level, energy is everywhere and influencing us all so much of the time. This was the focus of my 25 minute conversation with Sandie Sedgbeer on her radio show last week. You can now hear the archive (see below), and we tried to really cover the basics of what energy between people is, how it works in our lives, and how it is affecting us at every turn. So it's a good foundational and brief talk. It may be a good show to introduce to a friend or partner for whom spiritual or esoteric topics are too 'out there', but who is curious about the topic of self-growth and how the energy we give out and are on the receiving end of, directly affects our lives.
