Hi Everyone,

Welcome to 2015 everyone. 

I hope you had a good holidays - they can be times of great presence and connection with others and loved ones. They can also raise to the surface feelings and memories from the past, for review and consideration. Culturally as a world we have an ingrained pattern of 'New Year's Resolutions', which is partly why this 'inner-review' comes up for us. It is an energy that is happening in the collective, so it is strong. So remember, if you are making resolutions or intentions, a good way to focus on what you want to manifest is to choose feelings over details. So for example, saying 'I feel great about my body' can be a stronger intention than 'I will lose 10 pounds by March'. The irony being if you allow yourself to focus first on feeling good about where you are, you will arrive at your desired state faster. So perhaps check out what parts of your resolutions speak of 'dissatisfaction with the now' and you will definitely see clearly how to revise what you are aiming for, in a fuller and more emotionally connected way. To be critical of ourselves, we have to move OUT of our heart spaces, so see if you can take the dissatisfaction energy out of your intentions and your now. Awareness of it makes all the difference.

Oslo is grey and misty today but there is a magical feeling here too. January is always a time of potentials and feeling new energy moving in. 

This year I have not created an annual video. It was not my 'job' this year I sensed, and lo and behold there are a wealth of annual videos out there for you from others to choose from. I will use the same energy and finance to produce a stand-alone video later this spring, and we'll let you know when it's available.

This month in The Portal, we have the recording of my conversation with Natalia Rose, plus her interview with the Z's available from last month's New York event. And I will look forward to seeing you for the Q+A in a few weeks time!

Finally, we unveil the premiere of our new music video from the album ARISE. This one was shot in a glider plane above English fields and accompanies the song WHY. Please enjoy and share around :-)

The video was a collaboration with my good friend Dan Burke and this month Dan is offering his beautiful new meditative album, Shifts II to you at a discounted price. 

I have walked around many cities in the world with this album on my headphones over this past 4 months as it is so spacious, uplifting and beautiful.
