Hi Everyone,

I hope you are all doing well out there. There is a lot going on in my work world this month, as you'll see in the sections below, so dip in and out of the sections as you feel drawn to. 

Next month, I will feature in 'You Wealth Revolution' - a completely free tele-seminar series featuring a huge amount of fantastic people so do check that out in the box below. It promises to be an excellent and life-changing resource and I am thrilled to be involved!

I am also making more time in October for private session work now I am back from my travels. This is the work I began doing before everything that came after (the videos, the mp3s etc). I've never stopped offering them in all that time, and while I don't talk about them a great deal, they not only fund the staff for the publishing side of my work (including free work and videos), but they are what taught me about using and growing my ability, which I now share in a wider way.

Private sessions are intimate and powerful and this year, I celebrate 10 years of being a guide to people in their lives. A 1hr session covers a lot of energy and information. Just yesterday at my seminar in Slovenia, someone told me they had listened to the recording of their private session 15 times and each time had heard something new. I hear this a lot, and it always makes me very happy.

This past week, Dana Weekley, the brilliant illustrator who creates the mandalas for the Energy Speaks books, posted an article on her blog and Facebook. It was about how much her mentoring sessions with me back in 2007 changed her life and catalysed her public career. I was very humbled and touched by this article (thank you Dana!). But it also had a funny sychronicity. She posted it online the same day I was visiting my old house in England. I didn't see her article until a day later, but as I looked at the house, what surprised me was what I remembered most about living there. It was the view from the office window, where I would sit and look out over fields as I worked with my individual and mentoring clients. A view that is forever imprinted in my memory - and it is accompanied by memories of transformational energy with thousands of people. In that moment I realised how married to my work I have been for a long time, and despite a few moments over the years when I have questioned whether to continue, I am still here, in the same marriage :-)

Sometimes when I am busy managing the many components required to make this multi-dimensional company happen, I forget to look back and be grateful. But this past week, I did a lot of that. Truth is, there is nothing better for re-inspiring me with what I can do next than to see the path walked so far. I wish I could go back and tell that younger, less-confident man to just keep going and trust he was making a difference, and that it was enough. And that the 'energy speak' he was nervously developing, would grow beyond his imagination and be of service in a wider way.

I can't go back to me then, but I can do something better. 

I can say, with authority, to all of you:

Whatever you are creating in your lives, just keep going and trust you are making a difference in ways you can't yet see. I promise you, you have no idea how much.
