Hi Everyone,

I hope the beginning of the summer months (or winter in the Southern Hemisphere) finds you well and learning to change daily with the tide, and dance with consciousness. That is the title for this month's Energy Forecast, which contains several tips and pointers for the current energies and also into August. I hope you enjoy.

I am also happy to announce a forthcoming live evening with me in Colorado, hosted by Bella Spark Productions. I have had a 7 month break from live 'in-person' appearances and am excited to do this one in August. We will also shortly open booking for a brand new 1 day seminar in Ljubljana, Slovenia on Sunday 14th September, so watch this space.

I have had a lot of time to sit and 'be' these past four months after what felt like a rocket-ship 2 years of doing, movement and creations in my life.

A health check a few months ago revealed my body's need for rest and recuperation, which gave me great 'permission' to output less. As my friend Wendy Kennedy (the channeler) told me on a phone call around that time "Isn't it crazy how we need permission to slow down as human beings?", which we both laughed at and agreed with.

I have still been working very part-time, and at first I struggled to adjust to this change of speed in my life and the space to just 'sit and be'. It was strange to adapt to this after so many years of being in a different mode. I would always allow times in a day to 'sit and be' but never consecutive full days while the world carried on around me.

As a result of this, I currently find that slowness is my more constant desire. Now, even if activity is occurring around me, I feel slower inside, which will undoubtedly  positively affect all I am doing and experiencing from now on. The slowness has been a great teacher and made me appreciate certain aspects of life more than I was able to before.

So even as I enter into a period where both my physical energy and the work around me are slowly gearing up again, I find I am more centred in myself due to such a time of deep internal stillness.

It came through listening more intently to what I am capable and desiring of in each moment, and I find this gives you a more sustainable way of offering yourself to your life and the 'outside' world.

It looks to others perhaps just as efficient as it did, maybe more so, in terms of what I can offer. But it feels a lot steadier and much more weighted in receiving as well as giving than ever before. Essentially, a greater experience of balance.

This 4 month period of re-examination for me was a timely one, co-inciding with 10 years of my doing this work publicly - the Universe always knows what it is doing where timing is concerned ;-)

August - December of this year will represent an external shift in the work I do in the world. In that time frame, you will see the release of my next book 'ENERGY SPEAKS Volume 2', a new music direction/sound with my album ARISE, plus the launch of a brand new free Energy Video series for YouTube in the Autumn.

My reason for sharing all of this with you is to remind you that our lives have seasons - the quiet ones and the busy ones, and without the quiet, the activity becomes harder to maintain in a fulfilling way.

This way of being in balance is a daily principle for us to live by and aim for, so that the quiet moments flow into the active ones, just as the inhale leads to the exhale in our breath.

This balance is not necessarily the way our people and world have been trained to be so far, which is why it takes diligence sometimes. But it is the way that an ever increasing number of us are beginning to understand is the most productive for the future.

Here's to our continued growth and surrender to all that is there for us, every day in our lives.
