In the last months, everywhere I turn, many are in need.

This is to be expected as this was predicted for this time - a time where the needs of people would rise, and so for sensitives this would also be a time you would get better at 'handling it all'. That is the aim, although I know it's not always an easy journey.

So, as I had a new audio workshop to create for March, over the last weeks I questioned what is really 'needed' at this time. '7 Days of Peace' was my response to that question.

I realized that a daily and yet 'short' practise of developing and accessing peace was the best I could offer right now. 7 Days of Peace is designed to help you access, question and invoke the presence of peace in your life. A vital energy for daily balance and well-being, so I hope you enjoy.

It features 7 short (approx 10 minute) meditations, so you can use 1 a day for a week, or just randomly as you feel to. My voice guides you through thoughts, feelings and visions, and Davor Bozic created musical accompaniment for each meditation.

I hope they bring the development of inner peace for you, which can then flow into your world.
