2015 Perennial Preview, Part 2

A couple weeks ago, we shared a few of our favorite new perennials coming your way this season. Today, we're back with more!

One of our greatest joys is selecting new plants to share with our customers each season. With their wide variety of colors, styles and forms, perennials especially stand-out when it comes to each year's new introductions.

Here are some of our favorite perennials that will be new for 2015:

Dianthus 'Barbarini Salmon' Dianthus 'Barbarini Salmon'

This variety's delicate bi-color salmon-pink blooms appear from late spring to mid-summer and have fringed petal edges along with a vanilla-clove scent. The glossy compact mounds of deep green foliage take on burgundy hues in late fall.
Hemerocallis 'Lemon Madeline' Hemerocallis 'Lemon Madeline'

Featuring large 8" lemon yellow flowers that have delicate narrow petals and a more open shape, this variety will bloom in July and then repeat.
Sedum 'Turkish Delight' Sedum 'Turkish Delight'

'Turkish Delight' forms mounds of succulent deep red-mahogany, almost black leaves that make a striking backdrop for its purple-red flowers in late July and August.

Discover these varieties and many more this year at Estabrook's!
