RWM Board of Directors: Taking Applications
by Darr Tucknott, President of RWM Board of Directors
On behalf of the RWM Board of Directors, I would like to invite you to apply to serve on the board. We are currently accepting applications and hope to find 2-3 new board members for 3 year terms beginning in January 2014. Serving on the RWM Board is an opportunity to give back to the organization, while providing important vision, leadership, and direction for the future of RWM. The position requires meeting approximately every month for about 1.5 hours in board or committee meetings, along with communication in-between meetings. We are looking for individuals that are dedicated and excited about our mission and can bring diverse skills, talents, and perspectives to the board. If you are interested, please send to [email protected] your resume and cover letter describing your interest and skills you would provide to the board. We currently have a committed and talented group and we are excited to bring on new board members!

View from the Back: How I Became A Runner
by Jennifer Blood, Member, Back of the Pack
BOP color-black In December of 2011 I decided on a whim that I was going to become a runner. I was watching a former "Biggest Looser" do the Iron Man Hawaii on TV, and thought, I could do that...I just have to learn to run...and bike...and swim first. Running sounds cheap, I will start with that. Read Jennifer's article on what it meant to her to become a BOPer.
Member Spotlight: Rita Cerasoli
by Terry Stekly, RWM Member
I started running at the age of 19 and have never stopped. I'm not really competitive......I started running for the exercise and it's just become part of my life. Click here to read the profile about RWM member Rita Cerasoli.
