Missoula Marathon: For Everything (Run-Walk-Run) There Is a Season.

by Pam Gardiner, Missoula Galloway Training Program Director
I have loved the Missoula Marathon ever since running the half in its inaugural year. Then I volunteered for a couple of years. The past three years, however, have been the best for me. Since 2011, marathon day has capped off six months of training for the Galloway marathon-half marathon class I coach with John Pitcairn. Read more from Galloway Training Class Coach Pam Gardiner.

View From The Back: BOP, BOP, BOPPin' Along!

by Amy Lewis, Member, Back of the Pack
I was in no way prepared for a 13 plus mile run and only had a paltry bottle of water with me, but I decided to give it a try. If I had known they were going to run that far, I would not have shown up. The run turned out pretty well and it was the farthest distance I had ever attempted and completed. I liked it, but was not going to become a RWRer as I considered myself a run-runner. . . Read Amy's article on becoming a RWRer (run-walk-runner).
