New Group Fitness Class Schedule Begins 5/12
The new schedule includes a few changes and will be effective from May 12 through July 4.

Summer Hours for Seaton Center Gym Begin 5/5
During the summer, Seaton has expanded lunch time hours: 11:30 am - 1:30 pm in addition to the regular 4 - 7 pm hours. Alumni hours remain the same.
REMINDER
Memorial Day: Group Fitness & Facilities Closed 
Both the Body Shop fitness facilities (Seaton and Alumni) are closed 
May 24 - 26 for Memorial Day weekend. Additionally, there will be no Group Fitness Classes on these dates.
