Tell Us What You Think- Fall 2013 Survey

holiday-scheduleThanks for telling us what you think! If you were one of the 30% of active users who took the 2013 Customer Satisfaction survey-Thank you! We appreciate your feedback and hope to make improvements and changes accordingly.

The common themes of things that need improvement are:

Both facilities:

  1. More hours
  2. Body Shop staff could be more helpful

Alumni Body Shop:

  1. Too loud, turn down the radio!
  2. More cardio equipment, more specific equipment (plyo boxes, kettle bells)
  3. Locker rooms still need to be cleaner
  4. Need wifi
  5. Upstairs noise/jumping

Seaton Body Shop:

  1.  More cardio and some updating of equipment
  2. Men's locker rooms needs more cleaning

Group Fitness:

  1. More Zumba classes (south side, at lunch, after work)
  2. More intense classes
  3. More Bootcamp classes
  4.  More specific yoga classes

Of course, there were some pretty specific requests, as well.  We will do our best to offer solutions to each of these issues.

Here are some common themes of things we are doing well:

  1. Good price
  2. Better temperature
  3.  Locker rooms are improved/cleaner (but still need work)
  4. Good variety of classes
