Sunday Worship Service 10:30 am
Bring nonperishable food items for the food barrel and packaged tube socks.
|
November 16, 2014: "Human Experience and Religious Diversity"Reverend Stanley Stefancic, Minister Emeritus, Unitarian Universalist Church, Boulder, CO, with Rodney Gothelf, Worship AssociateMay Swenson, one of my favorite poets, wrote a very provocative poem called "The Universe." It begins: "What is it about, the universe about us stretching out....and what about us?" Answers to these questions have been offered in a myriad of stories, which we call myths and some call "revealed truth." I will reflect on these questions and do some exploration of our Unitarian history.
