Sunday Worship Service

April 20, 2014: "Flower Communion - Easter"

Rev. Chip Wright, with Dianne Estrada, Worship Associate

A celebration of the flowers, our children and dedications.

The story of how the flower service came to be a Unitarian Universalist tradition.

------------------------------------------------------------

"She'll be In Her Easter Bonnet with all the Frills Upon It"

Easter Flower Communion is this coming Sunday!

Don't forget to wear your Easter Bonnets and Hats (Men too!) this Sunday.  If enough of you come adorned in your best head wear we will have a celebration of the hats!!  Maybe even some prizes for the most creative, the most unusual, the most provocative...... So wear your hats and bonnets this Sunday and join in the fun.  And don't forget to bring flowers!!!

Congregational Conversation IV Graphs

We had a delightful conversation on March 30, in which we further explored our priorities as a congregation, to see "where we stand" (literally) on a few topics of interest.  This link will bring you to a graphic of the results of the main questions that were asked.

If you missed the summary of the Vision Ideas from the 3rd Congregational Conversation and would like to read them.

A Great UU Opportunity

The UUCM RE Committee thinks that getting you and your kids to the District Assembly is SO wonderful an opportunity for UU faith development that they are willing to spend some of the RE Enhancement Fund on getting your kids registered for the Children and Youth programing.

The Middle School and Youth do not even need to have you along in order to be part of the program. You can send them off, like to a retreat or CON. (Car pooling will be necessary and Janette is willing to be a sponsor.)

Programs for elementary age kids are also available, but you need to be there.

So, contact me about funding help and sign your child up for this UUA Pacific Central District's great opportunity.
