Sweet Fun on Stone Soup Sunday
| |
We will be capping the joyful, grateful, traditional Stone Soup Sunday service this week with an intergenerational, community building time. The second in our Congregational Conversations series will happen around the Stone Soup tables following the conclusion of the service and will provide an opportunity to learn through some conversation and creativity just who is here now in this congregation. Because it is a busy Sunday in a busy time of year, we will keep it short and sweet, finalized by some "ice cream communion" and sharing of what we have learned from getting to know each other a little better than before.
If you didn't catch it in last week's newsletter, here is a graphic that gives a summary view of what the crowd at the first Congregational Conversation endorsed as what brings them to the UUCM community. You can add your voice to that survey on Sunday too.
We hope everyone will come to Stone Soup Sunday and join the conversation. Older children are welcome to the round-table activities; nursery care will be available for younger children. Please come engage in the community fun.
