Sunday Worship Service chalice

November 17, 2013: 'Reflections on Trayvon Martin & Sandy Hook'
Rev. Chip Wright with Worship Associate Linda Haumann

There are some real connections in these two tragic incidents. We will reflect on how we can effect something positive out of such negative happenings.

This is a Response Sunday which is designed to allow for 10 to 15 min of response and comment on the topic of the day.

Join us at UUCM to expand or deepen your meditation practices and knowledge. Rev. Wright, initiated into the Giri Sect of Raja Yoga in Himachal Pradesh, India in 1970, has been a practicing Raja Yogi for over forty years. He offers a rejuvenating evening of chanting and meditation once a month to either the beginner or advanced meditation practitioner. He complements the actual Kirtan practice with meditation techniques and insights from his extensive years of practice and study of the yoga tradition.
