Progress Reports IRS Form W-9s and Letters of Determination
Update: July 2015 Progress Reports were due Sept 1st. You still have time to submit them to be eligible for any future book donations we may have. The progress report will be closed on October 1st.
IRS Form W-9s and Letters of Determination were due Sept 1st. We cannot distribute books to any sites that have not submitted these forms. If you want to be eligible for any future book donations we may have, please submit your IRS Form W-9 and Letter of Determination to programs.intern@reachoutandread.org right away.
