Our story began 25 years ago inside the pediatric exam rooms of Boston City Hospital.

Since then - and with your help - our program has grown from a local grassroots movement to serve more than one-third of American children growing up in poverty.

Last year, our team of over 400 pediatricians in Connecticut served more than 40,000 children and families at 70 hospitals and health centers in the state.  Nationally, we reached more than 4 million children and families through 20,000 pediatricians at 5,045 clinical locations.  Thank you for making this a reality!
