Canada's top credit union, Vancity, has introduced a unique orientation program for new hires to help build rapid understanding of the organization's rich vision and mission. Amongst the activities, participants play Good Money, a variation of Monopoly, which gives them a chance to simulate member deposits that help fund impact lending to Vancity members and partners.
