What a privilege to live in the assurance that God is in control of everything and everyone. The unique thing about God's parenting is that He sometimes uses a negative to bring about a positive just as He did in Joseph's life in (Genesis 50:20). The "yes" life sets you free from internal struggles, bringing awareness within your heart that God is able to reverse whatever you are facing. When you live this way, you can overcome any trial, because you know that each one is divinely permitted and orchestrated to bring you good when it's all over!

I have come to realize in my walk with God, that wilderness is as much of my landscape of faith as the mountaintop! Saying "yes" in both places bring me to my knees...one in utter awe and the other in utter dependence. The best part, He is there in the wilderness and on the mountain top. As you say "yes" to Him today, rejoice whether you are in the wilderness or on the mountain top. And you can rejoice because God is still on the throne and He's controlling the mix of joy to sorrow, peace to conflict, want to satisfaction, tragedy to triumph, with your best interests always foremost in His mind...always working it all for your good.
