I awake this morning and notice
the darkness is staying present longer.
There is a stillness in the morning dawn,
the sound of the crickets, the smell of the air
tell me that late Summer is officially here,
the time of bounty and harvest.
This season is connected to the energy of the Earth.

When this Earth energy is strong we feel a relaxation and a sense of security because we have stored enough to survive the coming winter.

Stopping and noticing this time-
Being still, allows for your energy to rest in its original potential state.

May we let go of
"roaming across the frozen mindscapes
of a dead past and unknown future"
 and embrace the
 "vibrant present."

Take this moment to stop
 and BREATHE.

PS- We are featuring the Young Living essential oil of
Jade Lemon
for the month of September.
Jade Lemon
This month we are featuring the Young Living essential oil of Jade Lemon.
Jade Lemon is grown in southeast China. While other lemons begin to release
some of their oils aromatically as they turn yellow, the jade lemon fruit remains
green even in maturity, allowing the concentration of oil to continue within the
fruit. The oil is released only after the fruit is picked, giving it a richer and more
fragrant aroma. Jade Lemon contains high levels of d-limonene, which helps
invigorate, uplift, and energize, as well as support clarity of thought and purpose.
This oil supports skin health, helps open and release emotional blocks, and is
useful to clean, detox, and purify. Studies show that citrus scents encourage
relaxation and invoke feelings of happiness.

*See Tessa/Joelle if you are interested in this or any other oil*

Next Month we will be introducing a NEW oil to our office. Stay Tuned!
